For ease of references,
members when corresponding with the authority on matters pertaining
to plots / accounts / lease etc, are required to invariably quote
their residential or commercial Plot No., Street No and reference
file No. Non-availability of such information may result in a delayed
response.

DHA members while
corresponding with DHA are to submit letters / queries / requests
under their own signatures along with the following information for
positive identification and safe guard of their property interest:

- Complete name of member
- DHA membership number / CNIC number
- Particulars of plot (if held)
