"Transfer"
implies transfer of unleased property.

implies, transfer of leased property. However for mutation of any
open plot transfer fees is to be charged.

joint owners the transfer fees will be based on the share of each

property will be effected within the 21 working days.

Normal time for issuance
of Site Plan will be 15 working days.

Wherever, the rates
have not been given for Marina / Amenity Plots, the rates of Commercial
Plots will apply.

Wherever, it is not
specified, Category "B" Members include all members other
than Category "A" & "C" Members.

Corporate Bodies
means Corporate Bodies, as defined in the Companies Ordinance 1984,
a local Authority, Autonomous Body or a Government Organization.

For Lease and other
Services of Apartments and Shops the covered area in square feet will
be equated with plot area in square yards.
