CHANGE OF SIGNATURE

To apply for change of signature, following is required to be submitted:

• Affidavit on Rs. 20/- on Judicial Stamp Paper attested by Oath Commissioner.
• Attestation of Affidavit:-
  • Affidavit executed within Pakistan be got attested by Oath Commissioner / Notary Public / Nazim concerned.
  • Affidavits executed outside Pakistan be got attested from authorized officer of Pakistan Embassy abroad or the Consulate General.
