CONSTRUCTION - Parking Plazas

PARKING Plaza - ZAMZAMA COMMERCIAL AREA

Zamzama Commercial has been experiencing frequent traffic jams due to lack of capacity for parking spaces as well as traffic management regime. To address the situation, DHA conceived / designed a multi storey parking tower under following design parameters.

  • Parking space for 407 cars and 190 motorcycles
  • Two driveways in parking area to facilitate traffic entry and exit
  • Two lifts for easy access to any floor
  • CCTV for close monitoring
  • Smoke Detecting Monitors

PARKING plaza - STADIUM COMMERCIAL AREA

In order to address the parking problem in Stadium Commercial Area, which is one of the busiest shopping areas, DHA has started construction of parking tower in existing Zamzama Club. In order to aptly utilize the area, the plans have been revised under following design parameters:-

  • Parking space for 320 cars and 332 motorcycles.
  • Two separate ramps in parking area to facilitate traffic exit and entry.
  • Four lifts for easy access to any floor.
  • CCTV for close monitoring.
  • Smoke Detecting Monitors.
