Categories & Eligibility

Following categories of Membership are held: -

Membership Procedure

Procedure for Induction of New Members are as follows: -

Prospective Profile Proforma will be issued on production of CNIC of person along with spouse wishing to acquire the membership.
Profile Proforma will be filled in own handwriting by the prospective member and his/ her spouse to be submitted in the Club’s office.
On receipt of Prospective Proforma, prospective member along with his/ her spouse be invited for meeting with Secretary of Club.
Secretary would issue the membership form to the prospective member.
On receipt of membership form duly completed along with requisite fee registration number is allotted and kept on waiting list.
On his/ her turn, the prospective member to be invited along with his/ her spouse to meet the Executive Committee.
On approval of Executive Committee, membership is extended.
May issue temporary visiting cards to prospective member three months prior to his/ her interview/ meeting with the Executive Committee.

Absentee Membership

Rules regarding absentee membership are as follows: -

Minimum period of absentee is 6 months.
Maximum period of absentee is 5 years.
Any previous arrears/dues should be cleared in FULL.
Member/Household cards are to be deposited in the club.
Six months absentee fee @ Rs 500/- per month is required to be deposited in advance.
If a member is also a member of the other DA Clubs, he/she and his/her households cannot use the facility of that club also during the absentee period.
If prior to completion of six months period the club facilities are used, then for the entire period full subscriptions will be charged.
