Membership
Categories, Eligibility & Selection Procedure
Regular Member Cat A & B
Cat A – Army / Navy /
Air Force persons
Cat B – Civilians
- Prospective member & spouse fills

- After scrutiny by club management membership
form is issued
- Cost of A Cat Form Rs. 500/-
- Cost of B Cat Form Rs. 1500/-
- Completed form along with requisite payment
/ certificates is submitted in the club office
- Invitation for meeting with club committee
is issued. Waiting period is (6 to 9 months)
- Prospective member along with spouse is interviewed
by the Executive Committee
- Member is intimated result in writing
Gratis – A. Grade 21 /
Equivalent and above officers.
- Approval obtained from the Administrator
- Interview is not required
Gratis – B. Grade 17-20
Officers.
- Approval obtained from the Administrator
- Completed form along with requisite payment
/ certificate is submitted
- Invitation for meeting with club committee
is issued. Waiting period (6 to 9 months)
- Prospective member along with spouse is interviewed
by the Executive Committee
- Member is intimated about outcome in writing
Mess and Dinning Members. Defence
Officers posted at Karachi / Malir Cantt.
- Letter and Certificate from Commanding
Officer is required
- Membership approved by Secretary DACC
- Maximum period of membership is 5 years or
transfer / retirement whichever is earlier
Official Members. DHA Officers
BPS 19 & above
Absentee Membership. Rules regarding
absentee membership are as follows :

Minimum period of
absentee is 6 months.

Maximum period of
absentee is 5 years.

Any previous arrears/dues
should be cleared in full.

Members/Households
cards are to be deposited in the club.

6 months absentee
fee @ Rs.500/- per month is to be deposited in advance.

If the member is
also a member of another club of the Defence Authority, he/she and
his / her households cannot use the facilities of that club also,
during the absentee period.

If prior to completion
of six months period the club facilities are used, then for the entire
period full subscription would be charged.
