STEPWISE PROCEDURE
- Advertisement is placed in the daily
Newspapers for admissions
- Prospectus along with Admission form
are issued by the respective college.
- Schedule of Admission is displayed on
the Notice Board.
- Forms are submitted at the same college
from where purchased.
- Consolidated list of applicants’
is sent by the colleges to Education Directorate.
- Merit list is finalized by admission
committee as per admission policy.
- Merit list scrutinized/finalized by
Admission Committee is posted on Notice Board, in both the colleges.
- Fee voucher to the selected candidate
by the college account section on presenting the original marks sheet.
- Fee voucher is issued to the ‘O’
Level student will be issued after submission of permission letter from
Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi and equivalence certificate
from IBCC.
- Second merit list is prepared and posted
on the Notice Board one week after the first merit list. (steps 3,4,5
is followed).
Note:- College reserves
the right to cancel admission (fee will be not refunded) if information
provided is false or incomplete.

Note:- Students from same school
& on quota basis will be distributed equally between the two colleges
on merit basis. (Quota includes, Armed Forces Personnel, DHA Employees
and Residents).
‘O’ LEVEL STUDENTS
- Admission will be given after the O-Level
result is announced.
- Forms will only be issued to student
who has appeared in eight subjects: (4 Compulsory & 4 Optional).
