admission

Admission forms are issued during January to March for the forth coming session. Syllabuses for admission test are also issued with the admission forms. Dates of ‘admission test’ & submission of ‘admission forms’ are communicated to the parents at the time of issuance of forms.

Selection Criteria

Result of admission test is the base on which candidates are selected. If number of successful candidates is more than the number of seats available, then the selection is made on the following priorities.

Priority I Defence Personnel / DHA Employees
Priority II DHA Residents
Priority III Outsiders
Selected candidates are then asked to provide necessary documents i.e.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Last School Leaving Certificate
  • Service Certificate in case of Priority I
  • Resident papers in case of priority II

Successful candidate are issued ‘Fee Challans’ to be deposited into a particular bank branch within 5 days, failing which, the admission is treated as cancelled and seat is allotted to the next candidate on the merit list.
