admission

Issuance of Admission Forms

Admission forms are issued during January to March for the next academic session. Syllabus for admission test is also issued with the admission forms. Date of admission test and submission of admission forms is communicated to the parents at the time of issuance of forms.

Selection Criteria

Result of admission test is the base on which candidates are selected. If no. of successful candidates is increased from the no. of seats available, the selection is made on the following priorities:

Priority I Defence Personnel / DHA Employees
Priority II DHA Residents
Priority III Others

Selected candidates are then asked to provide necessary documents i.e.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Last School Leaving Certificate
  • Service Certificate in case of Priority I
  • Proof of Residence in case of Priority II

Finalization of Admission Procedure

Successful candidates are issued “Fees Challans “ to be deposited into a particular bank branch within 5 days, failing which the admission is treated as cancelled & seat is allotted to the next candidate on merit list.
