Demarcation

Owner should apply for demarcation after obtaining building plan duly approved by CBC. DHA staff will give the physical demarcation at site which will be verified at site after physical erection of boundary pillars by the owner.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DEMARCATION

Simple Application
Photocopy of Lease A/C
Photocopy of Allotment/Transfer Order
Photocopy of approval letter of Building Plan
2 x Site Plan Ammonia Print issued by the Authority on payment (valid for 2 years)
Photocopy of CNIC
No Demand Certificate in original from Finance Dte
After submission of above papers owners are required to visit Additional Director Town Planning to sign papers and obtain date for physical possession of property.

DEMARCATION FEE

Verification fee needs to be deposited with DHA Finance Directorate through Pay Order / Demand Draft.

Normal: After 15 working days
Rs. 1,000/- for Category ‘A’
Rs. 3,000/- for Category ‘B’
Rs. 10,000/- for Corporate Bodies
Rs. 20,000/- for Foreigners

Urgent: After 7 working days
Rs. 4,000/- for Category ‘A’
Rs. 6,000/- for Category ‘B’
Rs. 15,000/- for Corporate Bodies
Rs. 27,500/- for Foreigners

Immediate: After 3 working days
Rs. 11,000/- for Category ‘A’
Rs. 18,000/- for Category ‘B’
Rs. 25,000/- for Corporate Bodies
Rs. 31,985/- for Foreigners
