Nursery Registration
To convert DHA Green and to lessen Pollution we
have allotted various places along the roads to people who want to start
nursery business and to arrest pollution for DHA residents. At present
we have the following number of nurseries at various roads:-

Registration Procedure
The procedure for getting a place allotted for
the purpose of nursery is:-
- A place is seen by the individual and an application
will be made to Horticulture Directorate alongwith sketch of the area.
- Application will be forwarded by us to TP&BC
directorate to give us the availability of the land.
- After the land is made available and
agreement is signed by DHA and the Individual for a term of 11 months
(renewable on fresh terms and conditions each year), the following amount
will be then deposited with the Finance Branch, which includes:-
- Rate of Land
- Rs.7.50/- per Sq Yd per month for
nursery
- Rs.10/- per Sq yd per month for park.
- Security Deposit
- Rent of 6 months for nursery
- Rs.50,000/- for Park.
- Advance
- Two months rent of nursery
- Six months for Park.
Note
Treated water is available at certain places which
is available on payment of Rs.600/- per month. If any nursery defaults,
the supply of water is disconnected till the dues have been cleared.
