Upgradation of creek club

Defence Authority Creek Club is regarded as one of the best clubs of DHA which provides exquisite recreational facilities to its members coming from all parts of city.

In order to improve the facade of reception area and expansion of facilities of Defence Authority Creek Club, the project of reception lobby was started.

The project comprises of reception lobby with ground plus one floor. Ground floor comprises of reception lobby area, sitting area and senior citizens room.

First floor will consist of rooms for secretary and deputy secretary, accounts room, staff and IT rooms and extension of library. One capsule lift will be provided for club guests and its management. The project is at advance stage of completion and likely to be completed within 6 months.

The project is located adjacent to Creek Lobby. The construction of Creek lodge in five stories bldg with basement. Basement is reserved for parking, HVAC system, fire fighting and electrical pumps with provision of mechanical rooms in the basement area.

At ground floor, a coffee shop will be constructed for more then hundred persons. It will consist of 55 single room for guests along with attached bathrooms and 20 suites will be provided. A roof garden restaurant and Bar B Q area has been planned on the roof.

The whole landscape has been elegantly designed with a beautiful water body in front of the project makes it marvelous. The existing bakery in the club building has been enhanced and connected with the new reception lobby. With addition of two state of the art buildings would not only provide elegance to the club but also upgrade qualitative services to its members. The project is likely to be completed by June 2011.
