Extension in Time Period for Commencement of Construction on Open Plots in Phase-I to Phase-V

Open plots owners of Phase I to V were served with notices to commence construction by 30 Sep 2008. Keeping in view, the request of a large number of plot owners in Phase-I to Phase-V and in order to facilitate them, it has been decided by the Executive Board in its meeting held on 25 June 2008 that these plot owners who complete following steps before 31 December 2008 will be given appropriate extension to commence construction : -

(1) Obtain Site Plan from Town Planning & Building Control Directorate DHA
(2) Obtain Sub Lease A from Lease Department DHA.
(3) Submit Building Plan (by the owner) to DHA.
(4) After approval of building plan by DHA / CBC, demarcation and commencement of construction by the owner.

b. In case the owner of a plot undertakes steps mentioned in para a(1) to (3) by 31 Dec 2008, his / her case will be considered for appropriate extension to commence construction.
