Renewal of Membership

Effective July 2000, renewal
of membership is required after every 5 years.

Completed membership renewal
form alongwith prescribed fee is required to be submitted.

Members are, in their
own interest, advised to keep DHA informed of any change of Address,
change of name etc on occurrence.
