site plan

The site plan shall be drawn to a scale of not less than 1/100. The scale used shall be marked on the plan which shall clearly show fol: -

Nomenclature of plot
The direction of north
The boundaries of the site on which it is proposed to erect or alter the buildings
The names, if any, and width of all streets on which the site abuts, together with numbers of adjoining houses or premises.
Name of allottee and present owner of plot

ISSUE OF SITE PLAN

Site Plans are issued on request from members after clearance of outstanding dues and payment of site plan charges, provided the area, where the plot is located is developed. Since the site plans are made out of the Master Layout Plans, it is to be considered as PROVISIONAL subject to adjustment in dimension, etc at the time of demarcation / handing over possession of the plot.

GUIDE FOR GETTING SITE PLAN

The request for issuance of site plan is to be made through application ensuring attachment of following documents.

Photocopy of CNIC
Photocopy of Allotment / Transfer Order
Bank Draft / Pay Order for the site Plan Fee

However, for the ease and convenience of members, a specimen application form has been printed for the purpose which can be collected from the reception counter of DHA.

Note: The validity of each site plan is 2 years except any essential requirement due to any change in respective area.
