Terms & conditions - DHA City Karachi (DCK)
Different queries from allottee are being received through
web / telephone regarding various conditions for the allotment of plot
in DHA City Karachi. For quires of our worthy allottee DHA is pleased to append
following for information:-
- Allotment of plots in DHA City Karachi is subject to condition prescribed
in the application form and decision of Executive Board DHA Karachi.

- All rules and regulation applicable and imposed by Executive Board
from time to time will be binding on all allottees / transferees.
- Allottee will be required to become member of DHA City Karachi as bylaws
of DHA plots can be allotted to members only after payment of prescribed
membership fee specified for each category.
- All installments will have to be paid as per time schedule forwarded
vide information letter. Surcharge as laid down in payment schedule
will be applicable on delayed payment.
- Incase of non payment of 8x consecutive installments the plot will
stand cancelled.
- Once allotted, no request for cancellation or surrender of allotted
plot will be entertained.
- Allotment is liable to be cancelled at any stage in case of forged
documents and / or wrong information provided by the allottee.
- Allottee can sell his allotted plot in open market after payment
of 25% of total cost. Remaining amount will be paid by transferee as
per payment original schedule. All allottee and transferee will be required
to obtain membership of DHA City Karachi.
- Tentative development charges including provision of infrastructure
Road Streets, Water supply, sewerage and amenity area are included in
cost of plot. Services like Electricity, Gas and Telecom etc will however
be provided by respective service provider on payment of prescribed
charges (levied by services provider) by the allottee / transferee.
- Ballot for allotment of plot number will be held on completion of
master plan and town planning.
- Sub lease will be granted on completion of payment.
- Allotment letters will be issued on completion of payment.
- 10 percent discount on lump sum payment
