DHA Vigilance

Introduction

DHA Vigilance Branch is headed by Lt Col Rizwan Ali Nizami (R) and assisted by his two Deputy Directors i.e. Major (R) Sajjad Ahmed Shah for settlement complaints of Phases V, V (Ext), VI, VI & VIII, and Major (R) Yousuf Ali Khan for settlement complaints of Phase I, II, II (Ext), IV, VII & VII (Ext). Vigilance branch consists manpower from three armed forces retired personnel.

Role

Monitoring unauthorized construction, encroachments, building violations and physical security of DHA institutions, clubs and assets are basic role of DHA Vigilance branch.

In addition it helps Sindh police in joint security mobile patrolling and traffic checking. It also monitors civic services on daily basis and reports to Cantonment Board Clifton. Fire fighting is an other additional task performed by Vigilance Branch.

Functioning

DHA Vigilance Branch functioning round the clock. However, office hours for visitors are as under:-

  • Monday to Thursday
 - 0900 to 1700 hours
  • Friday
 - 0900 to 1300 hours
  • Holiday
    
    • Saturday & Sunday
