Visually Impaired Persons Park

Park was established in year 2017/18. This is the first park in Karachi which is exclusively built by keeping in consideration the requirements and necessities of visually impaired persons. A tactile tile based walkway has also been developed to ensure guidance and accessibility to wash rooms and rest rooms. Usage of sensory organs related assortments like scented flower bushes and shrubs are planted to be enjoyed by them. Wind chimes have also been placed features to one of the give rejoicing effect to VIPs. A futsal court is also available which can be used visually impaired persons. Wheel chairs ramps are available. Enough parking space for vehicles is available outside. For security of the visitors security guards are also deputed.
