Procedure to Apply Online for Membership of DHA Club

The procedure consists of three stages:

Stage 1: Fill out and submit the online form

• To fill out this form, you must have scanned copies of following documents handy as you will be required to upload these:
  • Scanned copy of picture of self, spouse and children
  • Scanned copy of (both front & back side of) CNIC / NICOP / POC of self, spouse and children (NADRA Form B in case of age under 18)
  • Scanned copy of Payment Receipt / Pay Order of Rs 5,000/- payable to Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, Karachi
• Only PDF & JPEG files to be uploaded (Max file size 1MB)
• In case of more than one marriages, details of all wives must be provided
• This form is for initial interview only and by no means guarantees you membership

Stage 2: Initial interview by Club Secretary & submission of original documents

• After submitting the online form, you will be asked (through email, SMS or phone call) to visit the respective Club Secretary office for initial interview on the date given by the Club staff and to submit following original documents:
  • Payment Receipt / Pay Order of Rs 5,000/-
  • Photocopies of all the original documents and pictures uploaded through online form in stage-1 for preparation of membership file for record
  • Any other document, specific to the category of your membership, required by the respective Club

Stage 3: Interview by Executive Committee & submission of original documents (if any)

• After the successful initial interview, you will be asked (through email, SMS, phone call or in person) to appear before the Executive Committee for interview on the date given by Club staff and to submit following original documents:
  • Payment Receipt / Pay Order of 50% Club Membership Fee and Security deposit payable to respective club.
  • Any other document, specific to the category of your membership, required by the respective Club
