DHACSS Degree College started functioning in the SKBZ High School building in September 1988, with the aim of providing excellent facilities to the students in a healthy academic environment. The College was shifted to its present campus on 3rd September 1990. In a short period of time the college made a name for itself as one of the best colleges in Karachi. Ideally located on Khayaban-e-Rahat, in Phase-VI of DHA, the stately campus, provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for all academic and co-curricular activities.

DCW has come a long way since its modest inception and has now its own purpose-built campus. It has seen tremendous growth and success over time. It is now regarded as an institution with high academic standards, aiming to keep pace with time. The young women of today will have to shoulder maximum responsibility of our country's future. We therefore aim to adequately train them for this noble task. Our progressive courses, vigilant management, well trained and highly qualified teaching faculty are an acknowledgement of our fruitful efforts towards building a strong nation.
