Amalgamation / Division

The joining of two or more adjoining plots of the same land use into a single plot is called Amalgamation.

Bifurcation of single plot into two or more units of same land is called Division.

This transaction provides the details of property as whether it can be divided/amalgamated.
After completion of this scrutiny process for Division or Amalgamation, formal letter is issued which is a title document having same traits as of transfer/mutation letter.
