About Us

Phase-VIII Directorate Office is located on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue for infrastructure development of 4151 Acres of Phase-VIII land. It will facilitate easy access to our valuable residents of Phase-VIII and to resolve concerned development and provision of basic utilities with municipal services at the door step of esteemed residents in conjunction with K-Electric (KE) , Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd (SSGCL), Karachi Water & Sewage Board (KW&SB) and Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) . Salient features of Phase-VIII are:

• Largest, most modern well planned and fastest growing phase of DHA
• Constitute 45% of the entire DHA Karachi
• Undergoing mega activities with an immense infrastructure development work

• Plan and undertake Infrastructure Development Works in Phase-VII Extn and Phase-VIII
• Undertake capital works in Phase-VIII
• Strategy partnership with KE, SSGCL and KW&SB for provision of utilities to the community
• Maintenance of developed areas
• Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants and Lift Stations
• Coordination, liaison and assist CBC in maintenance of Phase-I to VII
• Establishment of DHA Rain Emergency Centre & carryout Flood Relief Operations in assistance to CBC
